Each of the specie above also has different qualities and are priced very differently. The saltwater and nile crocodile are priced more valuable compared to their cousin caiman crocodile. 

In luxury leather craftsmanship, we use the belly cut because it has the best aesthetics compared to hornback of the crocodile. Normally, the larger the body size (based on the widest width of the body), the older the crocodile is and the higher the price it is. Normally only big fashion houses have greater access to this precious leather because it is scarce and it also requires different and more technical tanning processes.
